*Lammas at Avoncroft – *Celebrating the First Harvest 28 July 2024

Bromsgrove Court Leet will be visiting Avoncroft Museum dressed up in their robes and finery to assist in the traditional Lammas celebration of the first harvest of crops.

The historical group (the equivalent of today’s trading standards officers) will perform the very important roles of testing Avoncroft harvest-related produce.

Why not come along and join in as the Court Leet tour the site and find and test out our produce.

  • Honey from Avoncroft Hives
  • Bread baked in The Toll house
  • Grain milled in the Lister Mill
  • The all important Ale Tasting, brewed within a mile of Avoncroft.

*Up to two children free with each full adult ticket purchased (extra children will be charged on the door)
