Avoncroft Museum of Historic Buildings is an inspired choice for event organisers looking for a stunning and unusual venue for events  for between 10 and 180 people.

All the conference and event spaces are part of the Museum’s collection of buildings and have beautiful period features that will add the ‘wow’ factor to any event:

  • Impress delegates with a conference for up to 120 under the spectacular fourteenth century roof in the New Guesten Hall
  • Host meetings or training sessions for up to 40 people in the Long Room, part of an Elizabethan mansion with a fascinating history
  • Win over potential clients with a traditional afternoon tea served on vintage china in our award-winning Tea Room

We offer great-value full-day conference packages or a meeting room hire option for shorter meetings. Refreshments are provided by the Museum’s Tea Room, which uses local and home-grown produce wherever possible.  It also serves locally home-made cakes and award-winning teas.

Our full-day conference packages represent great value and include teas and coffees served four times throughout the day, a delicious buffet lunch menu, use of flipcharts and a digital projector, and complimentary wifi. Museum admission is included in our conference packages and delegates are welcome to stroll around Avoncroft’s grounds and explore the buildings.
