Course details: Get into the holiday spirit with this inspiring festive and craft something unique for your home this Christmas.

During the workshop, you’ll:

  • Work on a circular wooden base
  • Learn essential mosaic-making skills, including:
    • Cutting and shaping colourful tiles
    • Placing each piece to create a smooth, flowing design
  • Get expert guidance on using mosaic tools with confidence
  • Finish your wreath by grouting for a polished, professional look

Creative choices:

  • Choose from a wide range of traditional Christmas colours — rich reds, snowy whites, evergreen greens, and shimmering golds
  • Or, break the mould with a palette that complements your own unique holiday style.

Whether classic or contemporary, your wreath will be a one-of-a-kind piece of festive art!

Tutor Details:

Passionate about sharing the joy of mosaic art, Jacqui brings over 20 years of experience in leading large-scale community projects and workshops. Having relocated to the UK from South Africa, she now hosts engaging and dynamic workshops for adults, school children, community groups, and corporate teams, all with a focus on promoting creativity, collaboration, and well-being.

In South Africa, she owned and operated Mosaic Works, a successful mosaic studio, and was a founding member of the Mosaic Association South Africa (MASA). During her time there, she led numerous large-scale community projects, using mosaic art as a tool to unite and empower communities through creative expression.

Fee: £70 or £65 for members.

Refreshments: The Museum tearoom serving a range of hot and cold food and drink options will be open.
