Avoncroft International Living History Festival – April 25th – 26th 2026 – Application form for Re-enactment Groups & Individuals:

The International Living History Festival has been held at Avoncroft Museum since 2022, it has become established as one of the largest and most popular living history festivals representing over a thousand years of history. Previously run in association with an external company, this year Avoncroft Museum is delighted to be running the Avoncroft International Living History Festival 2026. Attended by many of the best re-enactment groups in the UK, who set up camps in and around 30 historical buildings including a Regency Windmill, a Medieval Town House, and a 1940s Prefab across the 19-acre Worcestershire countryside site. Avoncroft Museum offers two arenas for displays and talks, two stages including New Guesten Hall with Medieval roof & The 18th Century Cockpit for music talks and displays. On site food and drink, historical and free modern camping, reenactors parking. The event is complemented by historical, traders and attracts a huge number of visitors.
