Accessibility Avoncroft Museum is a 19-acre open-air site of historic buildings. The buildings are linked by hard standing paths and there are well positioned benches around the grounds. The site is mostly flat, although there is one steep hill to the ice house. Avoncroft Museum is constantly working to improve the accessibility of the Museum and we always endeavour to meet our visitors’ requirements. There is also ramped access entrance into the main Tea Room to the right of the front door. Parking The Museum has ample free parking and an overflow parking area for use on busier days. Blue Badge parking bays are available close to the Museum entrance. Dogs Well-behaved dogs are welcome to visit the Museum but must be kept on leads at all times, and are welcome in our Tea Rooms.
