Summer 2021 at Avoncroft Museum

Avoncroft Museum is hosting a summer of fun this year with many activities to keep the whole family entertained.

We kick off on the 31st July and 1st August with an event that is all about bread! Come and see flour being milled and learn about how bread is made and what it can be used for.

This is followed by a return to the years of the English Civil War on the 7th and 8th August as civilians and some soldiers from Sir Nicholas Devereux’s regiment bring the Bromsgrove Town House to life. They’re followed by something much more modern on the 14th and 15th August as the Worcestershire Home Guard of WW2 set up by the Anderson Shelters and prefab.

Mr Punch arrives for a weekend on the 21st August and pushes us into our Games and Models week. This is your opportunity to see fantastic models and play games from years gone by in this amazing event for all the family.
