Location: Town House, Avoncroft Museum

Course details: Using a variety of local seasoned woods, simple hand tools and sandpaper, you’ll be able to make and take home a whole variety of beautiful handmade objects. Choose what you’d like to make from crochet hooks, buttons, lucets, spools, braiding wheels, flat needles and shuttles.

Tutor Details: With an original background in conservation, Fay Jones has been playing, making, and teaching wood and textile crafts for over a decade.

Fee: £50 or £45 for members.

Participant information: Suitable for beginners. Over 18s only.

Please arrive a minimum of ten minutes before the workshop starts, as it is being delivered within one of historic buildings down onsite.

Refreshments: The Museum tearoom will open and serves a range of hot and cold food and drink options.

Cancellation Policy: All workshops are non-refundable, unless the Museum is required to cancel.
