Please note that in light of the second national lockdown and the museum closing until Spring 2021 our Christmas offer for 2020 has sadly been cancelled. Willow wreaths and kissing boughs are traditional adornments for the home over the festive season. Steeped in history and cultural significance, these attractive items welcome visitors to your door. Learn how to make and decorate a Christmas wreath. The structure will last for years and can be redecorated each year to provide that personal touch. Not only will you have your own creation to take home with you, but you will also learn the basic willow weaving skills to make other items. The course will be run by our own creative tutors. All materials and light refreshments from our Edwardian Tea Room are provided. Please note that due to Covid-19 we can only have five participants on each course. Courses cost £30 per person and we are offering two courses each day, one in the morning and one in the afternoon.
