Catering during the Bodger’s Ball

This year attendees have the opportunity to prebook meals which will be served from the New Guesten Hall on the Avoncroft Museum site. As usual attendees will need to bring their own plate and cutlery.

PLEASE NOTE: All meals MUST be prebooked. You will not be able to book meals on the day. Throughout the Bodgers Ball the Avoncroft tearooms will be open for cakes, ice creams and soft drinks.

Throughout the week complimentary teas and coffees will be available across the site

  • Breakfast, Lunch and Evening Meal £32.50 (inc VAT) per day
  • Lunch and Evening Meal £29 (inc VAT) per day

Please select the number of places you require for each day and whether vegetarian/vegan or non vegetarian. Once added to cart you can return to add additional days.

Breakfast: A selection of cereals, yoghurts, toast with jam & marmalade, mini pastries, fruit and fruit juices

Lunch: Oven-baked jacket potatoes served with a choice of butter, garlic butter or plant butter Fillings to include mature Cheddar, tuna mayonnaise, baked beans, vegan cheese

Evening: Homemade gluten & dairy-free chicken curry, Homemade gluten-free vegan curry Sides – onion, garlic & coriander rice & mini naan bread (gluten-free available)

Friday May 9th

Breakfast: A selection of cereals, yoghurts, toast with jam & marmalade, mini pastries, fruit and fruit juices

Lunch: Gluten & dairy-free Exmoor beef burgers served on dairy-free baps (gluten-free available) with mature Cheddar cheese slices Vegan plant burgers served on dairy-free baps (gluten-free available) with vegan cheese Salad platters

Evening :Homemade gluten & dairy-free beef Bourguignon Homemade gluten-free vegan bourguignon Sides – new potatoes, braised red cabbage and peas.

Saturday May 10th

Breakfast: A selection of cereals, yoghurts, toast with jam & marmalade, mini pastries, fruit and fruit juices

Lunch: Gluten & dairy-free pulled pork served on local bakery baps (gluten-free available) with homemade apple sauce & stuffing (gluten-free available) Gluten & dairy free vegan lentil & cider loaf served on local bakery baps (gluten-free available) with homemade apple sauce & stuffing (gluten-free available) Salad platters.

Evening: Homemade gluten & dairy-free coq au vin Homemade gluten-free vegan vegetable au vin Sides – new potatoes, carrots & sliced green beans
