Join us for the return of the wet felting course to Avoncroft Museum. Felt making is the oldest type of fabric making and is thought to have existed for over 8,000 years. Learn about the history of this ancient craft, master the basic techniques and produce your very own finished items in felt using alpaca wool. Lovely colours and textures combine with pattern and structure in this most ancient of fabric making techniques to produce items you will be pleased to call your own.

The course will be run by Victoria Barratt who runs Simply Alpaca. A superb tutor, she is able guide novices and experienced felters alike.

All materials, lunch and light refreshments from our Edwardian Tea Room are provided.
